Hi, I’m Kincaid McMinn.
My work as a Certified Sex Coach is dedicated to a Whole-Person-Centered approach. On an individual and societal level, I believe that sexuality is not a performance—it is a human right and a field of study that deserves equitable access, ethics, evidence, and immense warmth.
What I’ve learned is that most confusion around sex and relationships isn’t the result of personal failure. It’s the result of the stories we’re told, the information we’re given, and the frameworks we’re encouraged to use.
My goal is to help you understand yourself, your body, and your relationships through a lens of normalization and agency. Whether we are deconstructing the myths you were raised with or navigating the complexities of desire, we do it with the lights on. No gimmicks, no “shady” behavior—just medically accurate information and a safe space to explore what works for you.
Sex Coaching is a collaborative process where you and I work together to evaluate where you are currently with regard to your sexual health and satisfaction, what internal or external blockages may be in the way of any growth you desire, and where you would like the future of your sex and relational life to go.
Then, we create an action plan centered around contextualizing your experience, providing education to fill in desired knowledge, and offering guidance to make informed decisions, in order to bring that plan to life.
If you are suffering from severe trauma, please seek treatment from a Licensed Mental Healthcare Professional. After you have made progress, then we can resume conversations about coaching to take you from a place of pain or neutral to pleasure.
Because of the sex-negative culture in which we live, almost everybody can benefit from sex coaching.
Be prepared to keep an open mind to possibilities you may not have originally thought, and you may be surprised at what can be discovered through the coaching process.
It is pretty simple.
At the time of the appointment, I will call you from a private video server. After a brief check-in, we may discuss any progress made on home exercises since the last session and then can begin talking about whatever may come up.
As a coach, I may have a loose agenda of possible topics to discuss, but that is always superseded by what you bring to a session. The coaching process is always guided by you, the client.
Depending on what comes up, I may instruct you through an interactive exercise together, give you exercises to practice on your own, send you recommended resources to check out, or something else entirely.
At the end of a session, we will briefly recap the events of the past hour, go over home assignments, and affirm takeaways from the session.
This is a fun, interactive process, that allows progression while also enabling free flow.
